3.2 Clicks on the 'keyboard settings' tab at the bottom of the screen.

5. Text Replacement
iOS makes it easy to configure text replacements which replace a combination of characters with a predetermined word, phrase or text string. Think typing 'Omw! and having it expand to 'On my way!'.
Text replacement is a handy way to insert a canned response to a message, or even add an emoji without calling up the emoji keyboard.
5.1 Navigate to the Text Replacement menu
- Settings > General > Keyboard > Text Replacement
5.2 Tap the '+' in the top right corner to crease a new text replacement
5.3 Add the phrase that you want to be inserted as a replacement
- This could be a phrase like 'On my way!' or even an emoji like 😊
5.4 Add the shortcut you want to use to trigger the replacement
- This is the shorthand of letters you want to replace
- Building on the example phases in 5.3, this would be Omw! or :)
5.5 Tap 'save' in the top right hand corner
Stay tuned for new features!
