Configure Your Communicator

Beginning today, you can configure your Communicator and confirm your order details. Our new configuration tool allows you to preview the different Communicator body colors, choose your keyboard language layout, preview different Charging Covers color combinations, explore accessories from dbrand, and add services.

When you complete your order you'll have the opportunity to confirm or update your shipping address.

Reservation holders will get an email inviting you to configure your order. New orders placed starting today will go through this flow as well.

Spec Bump: More RAM, Extended Battery Longevity

The final Clicks Communicator specs have been confirmed, and include some great upgrades.

When we announced Communicator in January, we promised 8GB of RAM and a 4,000 mAh battery.

Communicator now includes 12GB of RAM (previously 8GB), and a 4,350 mAh battery (with support for 800 charge cycles) at no added cost to reservation holders.

While the battery was initially intended to be composed of silicon carbon, Communicator will now use a lithium ion battery, in order to prioritize safety, and reliability. We go into more depth around the rationale behind this decision in this post.

In addition to these upgrades, we've fine tuned a number of details, including changes to the bottom row of keys, and refined the color palette.

New Accessories from dbrand

When it comes to accessories for customizing your phone, dbrand is the world leader - and now they're an exclusive Clicks launch partner, too.

We've teamed up with dbrand to make two protection solutions available for Communicator - the MNML case and Prism screen protector. These are amazing accessories co-developed with the dbrand team.

dbrand accessories can be added to your order in our configuration tool and will ship in-box with your Clicks Communicator.

Peace of Mind for Your Communicator

Clicks Care for Communicator offers peace of mind for life's unexpected moments, like drops, spills and button damage. With Clicks Care, you'll receive a replacement Communicator shipped right to your door, so you don't have to wait for a repair (a USD $49 deductible applies). Another benefit of Clicks Care is that it provides an extended manufacturer warranty beyond the 1 yr offered by Clicks.

If you add Clicks Care when configuring and completing your order, coverage will begin automatically when it ships so you're covered from day 1.

Add Voice & Data with Clicks Mobile

Clicks Mobile voice and data plans make it easy for customers in the US and UK to add mobile connectivity to your Communicator with an eSIM.

Eligible customers will receive 2 months of free Clicks Mobile service when they subscribe to a plan once their Communicator is delivered. Customers in all regions are welcome to bring their own wireless plan as Communicator supports both nano SIM and eSIM, and is shipped unlocked.
